Shipping & Returns

We accept orders 24 hours a day. Shipping is via USPS or UPS. All orders typically ship within one business day. You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Our US based warehouse is open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET. Orders received later in the day Friday or on the weekends will ship the next business day (Monday, if not a USPS holiday.) Another email will be sent once your order ships with tracking information.

In the U.S. USPS observes the following holidays for 2021:

New Year's Day: Friday, Jan. 1
Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 18
Presidents Day/Washington's Birthday: Monday, Feb. 15
Memorial Day: Monday, May 31
Independence Day: Monday, July 5 (observed, because July 4 falls on a Sunday)
Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 6
Columbus Day: Monday, Oct. 11
Veterans Day: Thursday, Nov. 11
Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 25
Christmas: Saturday, Dec. 25

Shipping fees are weight based, so the shipping calculator will automatically include appropriate discounts for order with multiple items.

We are happy to ship orders internationally. Please contact us if our shipping calculator gives you any trouble for your destination.

International Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

USPS’s local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Track Your Package

All orders shipped via USPS will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking information.

Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. We are so certain you will be happy with the performance and ease of use of the RH Shield™ beads, we are offering a 30 day full warranty on them. If you are not satisfied with them for any reason, please contact us for return instructions.

If you do need to return your purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return processing time generally takes a week.
